one of the most satisfying and humbling days of my life.

i cannot even begin to wrap my mind around what has happened in 20 months time, none of which i saw coming. 

i need to write all the tiny miracles along the way... all the baby steps and the small encounters that led to such a transformative day.... all i know is God is faithful to bring Heaven to earth. i am in awe of Him. 

in april 2024 i meet michelle (who leads the IHH ministry) at a bridal shower. two months later, i am in kenya with her 😆. in june 2024 on my first trip to kisii, i meet stephen. God used him to change everything, but i didn't know that until june 2025. now in june of 2026, in homabay on stephen's homeland, we will have a community well supplying clean water to a village that has never had any; a community center with a library and rooms for classes and meetings; a coffee shop as both a business and a blessing; and my new home ☺️.

this is wild!!!! in four months, it went from a barren three acre plot to what you see the in pictures... and to see it in person....I CAN HARDLY DESCRIBE WHAT ALL I FELT!!! 

my deep desire is to use this new In His Hands property and my home to build relationships and offer opportunities to the local villagers and to bring my family and friends here to experience africa 🌍 i know not everyone will fall in love with it like i have, but even if one person does, this is worth it. God designed us to love and to serve and to help in whatever ways we can, and kenya has no limits on tangible ways to do that ❤️
