kenya trip #4

i can hardly believe it! dozens of things have been checked off my to do list... all things that matter only to me 😆 if you've ever "nested" before, you know exactly what that is like... something big is happening and you feel nervous because you fully realize you have little control of it, so in your humanness, you do all the things that make you feel like you've got it under control!

this trip will be another month with lots to accomplish. i am so thankful lydia is coming again. in june, we had the most incredible time. if this trip comes even close, i will be very grateful. 

one thing on our agenda is going to a second and new in his hands location in hombay, close to lake victoria. the bore hole (deep well) is being drilled right now. what a glorious and exciting day for this village. their first time to have clean water and right in their community. can you imagine how joyous they will feel?!! the hope is that construction for a community center will start soon to provide a gathering place for adults to learn a trade and for children to receive tutoring. 

in less than 12 hours (hopefully... airport delays possible), we will be on a plane to jfk and then the long flight directly to nairobi. 13.5 hours sure beats 17 hours with layover going through paris.
